TENTATIVE SCHEDULE 

Sunday Activities

• 2:30 – 4:30 PM: All Campers (Commuters & Residents): Check In at Simon Athletics Center and Move into Potter Dorm
  • After settling in, ALL campers report to Quad Area in front of Simon to play small sided games until the meeting at 4:30 PM in Simon Athletics Center.
• 4:30 – 5:00 PM: All Campers & Coaches Meeting in Simon Athletics Center
  • Optional for Parents
• 5:00 – 6:00 PM: All Campers: Dinner (by ages)
• 6:15 PM: All Campers: Meeting in front of Potter Hall
• 6:30 – 8:15 PM: All Campers: Technical Training Session on Main Soccer Field/Baseball Field
  • Coaches/Crossing Guards will walk all campers back to Potter
• 8:15 PM: Commuter Pick Up and Sign Out: Potter Hall Lobby
  • Residents: Shower
• 8:50 PM: Residents: Movie/Karaoke/Evening Activities in DUC - All Residents MUST go to DUC
• 10:00 PM: Back to Potter and get ready for bed
• 10:30 PM: Quiet Time/Lights out/Everyone In Own Room

Monday – Thursday Activities

• 7:15 AM: Residents: Wake-Up and walk to Breakfast with Coaches/Crossing Guards
• 8:30 AM: Commuters: Check in at Dorm Lobby
• 8:45 AM: All Campers: Morning Meeting in front of Potter.
  • Commuters check in before meeting.
• 9:00 - 11:00 AM: Morning Training Session - Field assignments: Soccer and baseball field
  • Wednesday and Thursday Blow Pop Invitational/Indoors/Simon
• 11:00 - 12:00 PM: Lunch by age groups…WE WILL GO FROM THE FIELDS STRAIGHT TO LUNCH!
• 12:45 - 1:45 PM: Meeting in Front of Potter/Walk to Quad Area/DUC
  • Special Competitions/Daily Events (3V3, Goalie Wars, Lori Lawson, Staff Game)
• 1:45 - 3:30 PM: Afternoon Training Session - Field assignments:  Soccer Field and Baseball Field
• 3:35 - 4:45 PM: Afternoon Rec. Time (Kona Ice Truck Daily, Goalie Wars, Potter activities, DUC/Book Store, Gym/indoor soccer/basketball)
• 4:50 - 6:00 PM: Dinner by age groups…coaches will accompany groups
• 6:15 PM: Evening Meeting Front of Potter Hall
• 6:30 - 8:15 PM: Evening Matches:
  • Bantams: Baseball Field
  • Juniors: Lacrosse Field
  • Crusaders: Baseball Field
  • Seniors: Soccer Field
• 8:15 - 8:30 PM: Coaches/Crossing Guards will walk all campers back to Potter
  • Commuter Pick Up and Sign Out (Potter Hall Lobby)
• 8:15 - 8:50 PM: Residents: Shower
• 8:50 PM: Residents: Movie/Evening Activities in DUC - All Residents MUST go to DUC
• 10:00 PM: Back to Dorms and Rooms to get ready for bed
• 10:15 PM: Quiet Time
• 10:30 PM: Lights Out/Everyone In Own Room

Friday Morning Activities

• 7:15 AM: Residents: Breakfast
• 8:00 AM: Commuters: Check in Potter Hall Lobby
• 8:20 AM: All Campers: Morning Meeting in front of Potter.
  • Commuters check in before meeting
• 8:40 - 10:15 AM: Championship Matches: Baseball Field, Soccer Field, Lacrosse Field
• 10:30 - 11:00 AM: Award Ceremony in front Potter Dorm/Evaluations and Team Awards
